YOUR MISSION

• Ensure consistent execution across all assessment teams and escalate risks or delays to internal leadership
• Monitor the progress of key assessment phases and associated deliverables across 25 entities
• Facilitate weekly syncs across all tracks; flag resource conflicts and drive resolution of overlaps or gaps
• Compile and deliver weekly dashboards, progress reports, and risk updates to internal Project leads
• Enforce use of standardized templates, naming conventions, and documentation formats across all teams
• Monitor quality assurance processes such as cross-track report reviews and consistency checks in scoring
• Maintain and update a consolidated log of Project-wide issues, blockers, and mitigation steps
• Coordinate with the assessor team to track deliverable timelines and escalate deviations
• Assist with finalization of reports, dashboard consolidation, and structured handover to ISMS/remediation teams

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong track record in IT project management, preferably in cybersecurity or risk management initiatives within multinational organizations
• Proven expertise in coordinating complex, multi-entity projects, milestone tracking and stakeholder reporting
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring quality assurance, are required
• English with German as an additional asset
