• Oversee and evolve core IT infrastructure areas such as user devices, networks, server environments, storage, and data centre operations for a manufacturing enterprise with >10,000 employees
• Strengthen operational processes to reach high standards of efficiency and reliability
• Enhance the robustness, visibility, and security of all infrastructure assets
• Lead initiatives to modernise infrastructure, aligning with cloud strategy and scalable architecture goals
• Ensure improved control and performance of IT environments through increased transparency and strategic oversight

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Extensive senior-level experience in IT infrastructure leadership, ideally spanning over a decade
• Skilled in modern IT environments with strong knowledge of best-in-class operations, technologies, and resilient system design
• Experience in high-reliability industries (e.g. finance, telecom, advanced manufacturing) and leading IT-driven organizational transformation
• Engaging, forward-thinking leader with the ability to drive change, align teams, and elevate operational performance
• Fluent German and English are a must
