Lead ServiceNow Application Support Engineer (German)

YOUR MISSION
- Deliver expert-level ServiceNow support, including comprehensive handling of complex incidents
- Guide and mentor junior support staff, promoting efficient problem-solving and optimal practices
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance ServiceNow performance and service delivery
- Lead the execution of system changes, ensuring compliance with change management procedures and risk mitigation
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Extensive ServiceNow experience, with deep knowledge of core modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, and Applications) and integrations
- Proven ability to effectively diagnose and resolve issues across various ServiceNow modules
- Demonstrated skill in communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and technical staff
- Track record of successfully managing ServiceNow system upgrades and configuration alterations, with a strong commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and promoting best practices
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written)
