• Proven experience in managing and maintaining large IT infrastructures, including SharePoint, MS SQL Databases, and data management solutions
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex IT challenges and advise on SharePoint infrastructure, backup & restore, reporting, and monitoring
• Skilled in driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and effectively communicating with technical teams and IT management
• Deep understanding of SharePoint infrastructure, Microsoft-based solutions, and SQL database management, with experience in PowerShell scripting and cloud platforms
• Strong grasp of IT processes in mid-to-large enterprises, ensuring infrastructure solutions support long-term business objectives
