YOUR MISSION

• Lead end-to-end vulnerability management programs, ensuring alignment with the cybersecurity strategy, business goals, and regulatory standards
• Oversee PMO operations, including governance, risk management, and reporting structures for effective program delivery
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to implement and track remediation plans and SLAs
• Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting using industry-standard tools
• Drive continuous improvement in the vulnerability lifecycle, focusing on automation, metrics, and risk assessment

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Hold certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 for project management and CISSP, CISM, or CISA for cybersecurity expertise
• Bring extensive project leadership experience, particularly in cybersecurity and vulnerability management initiatives
• Demonstrate experience managing enterprise-level security programs, including vulnerability tools, threat modeling, and remediation workflows
• Use tools like Qualys, Defender for Endpoint/Cloud, XSOAR/Splunk SOAR, and have working knowledge of CVE/CVSS, patching, and threat intelligence
• Understand regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, DORA) and show proficiency in stakeholder communication, risk management, and ITIL processes
