As IT Cybersecurity and Risk Management Lead, you’ll spearhead the client’s global cybersecurity and risk posture - driving compliance, overseeing IT risk governance, and aligning local and global cybersecurity strategies. You'll collaborate with international NITSOs and Risk teams to protect systems, data, and infrastructure while delivering measurable impact.

YOUR MISSION

• Develop and oversee global Cybersecurity Strategy and governance
• Lead IT Risk Management, aligning with internal and regulatory frameworks
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and implement best practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ethical hackers, and risk professionals
• Coordinate global and local cybersecurity efforts to drive operational synergy

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience in cybersecurity and IT risk leadership roles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
• Hands-on leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate technical risk in business language to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous risk improvement
