YOUR MISSION

• Design and implement complex SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions, focusing on merchandise management and related retail processes
• Customize and optimise SAP S/4HANA Retail systems, including Assortment management, POS integration, SAP CAR, and Fiori, to meet client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP S/4HANA configuration and integration with other modules (SD, MM, FI/CO)
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the SD and MM modules
• Conduct system analysis troubleshooting and ensure smooth performance while providing comprehensive training and support to clients
• Document system design, user requirements, functional specifications and lead the development of custom programs and business blueprints

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Hands-on experience in customising IS-Retail in S/4HANA on-premise, including writing solution specifications and user documentation
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Retail functionalities, such as pricing, inventory management, procurement, and sales
• Configuration experience in IS-Retail for S/4HANA on-premise and familiarity with multiple SAP versions (ECC6, S/4HANA)
• Strong understanding of the retail industry, with experience in large-scale SAP implementations and integration with other modules (SD, MM, FI/CO)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus, along with the ability to travel for business
• Experience with SAP CAR, SAP Fiori/UI5, and ABAP development is advantageous
