YOUR MISSION
- Provide application support for ServiceNow, including issue diagnosis and resolution
- Deliver technical assistance to internal clients
- Manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to change management procedures
- Collaborate with higher-level support teams and maintain knowledge base documentation
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, encompassing ITSM, Application Management, and ITOM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the competence to tackle technical challenges and find solutions quickly
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
- Fluency in German (both written and verbal)
