Enterprise Platform Architect

Enterprise Azure Solutions Lead – Own cloud, data & integration architecture (AKS, Service Bus, Fabric). Drive standards, scalability & innovation. Want to shape platforms end-to-end?

This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based in Bulgaria and work from there.

YOUR MISSION

  • Define and evolve enterprise platform architecture across Azure (AKS, networking, identity, security)

  • Design scalable solutions covering integration (Service Bus, Event Hubs, APIs), data platforms (Fabric, lakehouse), and AI/ML

  • Lead architecture reviews and guide delivery teams to ensure alignment with standards

  • Own architecture artefacts (LeanIX, ADRs, reference models) and maintain platform governance

  • Evaluate new technologies, contribute to the roadmap, and support build vs. buy decisions

  • Drive best practices in DevSecOps, IaC, scalability, resilience, and cost governance

  • Mentor teams and support knowledge sharing across the organisation

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven experience as Platform / Cloud / Solution Architect in Azure enterprise environments

  • Strong hands-on expertise with AKS, APIs, messaging (Service Bus/Event Hubs), and Azure networking & security

  • Experience with data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse) and lakehouse architectures

  • Solid understanding of AI/ML components and modern data ecosystems

  • Experience with IaC (Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices

  • Strong knowledge of architecture governance, design patterns, and enterprise standards

  • Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical concepts into business impact

  • Experience with LeanIX / architecture frameworks is a plus
