YOUR MISSION
Support and monitor quality assurance activities within projects, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and contractual requirements
Participate in and support project reviews, audits, and milestone assessments
Contribute to the application of system engineering life‑cycles, ensuring quality requirements are embedded from early phases through delivery
Support the definition, implementation, monitoring, and control of QA processes across projects
Contribute to risk management, anomaly, and non‑conformity processes, including follow‑up and corrective actions
Support the collection, consolidation, and application of lessons learned within project teams
Interface with internal and external stakeholders and partners in collaborative project environments
Prepare and contribute to reports, reviews, and quality documentation for management and customers
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within space systems, ground segment, or other highly regulated, procedure-driven industries (e.g. aerospace, defence, railway, nuclear, medical devices).
Proven experience in Project Quality Assurance roles and participation in project reviews
Solid knowledge of system engineering life‑cycles
Knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001:2015 and engineering standards used in system development, such as ECSS or New Space frameworks
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and mediate effectively
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
University degree in a technical or engineering discipline
Nice to have would be hands‑on experience in:
Definition, implementation, monitoring, and control of QA processes
Risk management and lessons learned processes
Anomaly and Non‑Conformity Management
Supporting the structured collection and analysis of lessons learned
Practical and pragmatic application of international quality standards (e.g. ISO, ECSS)
Management, reporting, and follow‑up of procured items
Project management and project planning
Drafting clear and structured management reports and executive summaries
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
