Freelance Sales Coordination Support

YOUR MISSION
Manage and optimize pipeline generation, including tracking, forecasting, and KPI reporting
Ensure high quality of sales activities across the customer lifecycle
Plan and execute pipeline generation initiatives and experiments
Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment and execution
Support Sales Representatives in key customer interactions (e.g. discovery calls, pitches, negotiations) if required
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Professional experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or a comparable commercial role
Good understanding of consultative sales processes and pipeline management
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and confidence working with sales data
German language proficiency at a native/C2 level
Experience in HR Tech and/or SaaS is a plus
