YOUR MISSION
Lead the daily operations of the sales team, coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
Support Sales Reps during discovery calls, pitches, and contract negotiations
Co-develop and implement sales strategies to meet new customer acquisition goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless, scalable go-to-market process
Analyse sales activities and deliver regular performance reports to drive data-informed decisions
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Strong experience in B2B enterprise sales for middle and large accounts, as well as in SaaS and HR-Tech/wellbeing/health environment
Multiple years of proven success in leadership and coaching of high-performing Sales teams
Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and CRM tools like HubSpot
Solid understanding of Marketing and Customer Success workflows
Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimize strategies and processes
German and English language proficiency at a C1/C2 level
