YOUR MISSION

As a member of our clients Project Management Office you will support operational project managers in:

• Prepare and maintain Project Charters, Project Breakdown Structures, Project Management Plans and Project lifecycles including interrelation with related Programs and/or with other Upgrade Projects

• Define the Critical Path, Key Performance Indicators and Objectives for major Project Quality Gates in collaboration with the clients QA Team

• Tailor management processes to fit the adopted Project life cycle and development methodologies

• Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) associated Work Package (WP) descriptions, including estimated effort, resources and time scale required

• Manage Project Risks and associated mitigation actions

• Prepare synthesized progress reports for internal and external purposes, e.g. Project Board Meetings and Quality Gates

• Prepare Project Closure activities including Lessons Learned Analysis

 YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Experience in managing a portfolio of projects / activities / services – ideally for space ground segment development or operations and grounded with a PMP certification

• Know-how in development life cycle systems engineering in all SW system life cycle and development methodologies, ideally including the European Cooperation for Space Standardization /ECSS) lifecycle

• Sound knowledge of related Quality Assurance processes and procedures 

• Expert skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

• Very good inter-personal and communication skills to interface efficiently with both management and technical levels 

• Ability to draft concise management reports and executive level presentations in English
