Microsoft Strategic Account Partner
Drive growth as a Microsoft Account Partner - build client trust, negotiate deals, and deliver impactful solutions while aligning business needs with innovative technologies.
YOUR MISSION
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure opportunities and grow business
- Negotiate commercial conditions with customers and prospects
- Lead retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives to maximize value
- Translate client needs into actionable solutions, ensuring expectations are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on client requirements
- Monitor opportunities and risks, escalating and resolving issues quickly
- Stay current on Microsoft technologies and provide strategic insights to clients
- Foster continuous improvement by driving efficiency and reducing costs
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Solid background in account, business development, or service management in IT
- Familiarity with Microsoft solutions as a consultant or project manager is a strong plus
- Skilled in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and value articulation
- Strong communicator and leader, able to engage with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
