• Lead the OT SOC Pilot Project: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of a high-stakes cybersecurity pilot
• Deploy Claroty CTD: Oversee production rollout at pilot sites (Opole and Riga)
• Connect to Splunk SIEM: Manage the technical integration of telemetry data, enabling actionable alerts
• Refine OT monitoring: Adapt SOC processes to OT-specific use cases, aligning monitoring and escalation practices
• Build bridges: Formalize communication channels between SOC teams and plant personnel
• Deliver insights: Deliver a final assessment report with clear recommendations for scalable OT SOC rollout

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Track record as a Project Manager in cybersecurity, ideally with SOC or SIEM focus
• Strong knowledge of security operations, SIEM (Splunk preferred), and OT/ICS environments
• Hands-on experience with Claroty CTD or similar platforms (Nice to have)
• Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and risk mitigation
