YOUR MISSION

• Shape adoption strategies: Partner with product and project teams to design adoption plans that align with business objectives and drive real change across Plant Services
• Engage stakeholders: Act as a bridge between plant operations, IT, and leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy in at every step
• Drive communication: Build and deliver targeted communication plans that keep all stakeholders informed, engaged, and ready for change
• Enable smooth transitions: Develop clear and practical materials (FAQs, user guides, impact assessments) tailored to diverse audiences
• Equip employees: Support training and adoption programs that empower people to adapt to new tools and processes with confidence
• Measure what matters: Apply the ADKAR framework to track adoption and gather feedback

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience in change management or adoption roles in complex project environments
• ADKAR expertise
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and foster collaboration
• Comfortable working under pressure and fast timelines, delivering impact from day one
• Experience in industrial or OT environments (Nice to have)
