This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based and work from within Bulgaria.

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate with international clients at the intersection of business and technology
• Analyze and optimize global HR processes within corporate and compliance frameworks
• Design innovative SAP HCM solutions and drive their end-to-end implementation
• Configure core HCM components, including Personnel Administration,
• Organizational Management, Time Management, HR Analytics, and CATS
• Ensure seamless SAP standard integration and alignment with S/4HANA architecture
• Support project planning, delivery, and evaluation activities
• Provide advisory input and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience in SAP HCM configuration and implementation, covering at least three of the following: OM, PA, TM, ESS, MSS, CATS
• Proficiency in process analysis and functional specification development
• Confident communicator with a structured, analytical mindset
• Advantage: familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM certification
• Fluent in English; German is an asset
• Willingness to travel and engage with international clients
