We are seeking a talented SAP ALM Specialist to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Solution Manager processes across international projects. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring seamless Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within their IT landscapes.

YOUR MISSION

• Implement and optimize SAP Solution Manager scenarios, including Change Request Management, IT Service Management, Process Management, and Test Management
• Analyze requirements, estimate efforts, and design ALM processes aligned with client needs
• Lead workshops, deliver presentations, and prepare comprehensive documentation for stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and continuous improvement
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices communities

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience in SAP projects, ideally with SAP Solution Manager; strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and SAP technical architecture
• Hands-on experience with ChaRM, Solution Documentation, SAP Test Suite/CBTA, SAP Activate, Focused Build/Insights, and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
  
• Solid understanding of SAP Basis, PFAC/BRF+, and PFCG Role/Authorization Objects
  
• Fluent in English (German a plus) with excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  
• Agile or hybrid project experience; client-focused, team-oriented, and willing to travel internationally
