YOUR MISSION

  • Build & extend Microsoft 365 apps: Teams, SharePoint Online (SPFx, React, TypeScript), Power Apps & Power Automate
  • Develop scalable backend services with Microsoft Azure (Functions, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Key Vault)
  • Design & maintain custom SharePoint Server solutions (add-ins, web parts, hybrid environments, migrations)
  • Integrate systems with SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ & Graph API
  • Follow DevOps practices: Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing
  • Ensure compliance with security, data protection & governance standards
  • Collaborate across teams to challenge requirements & deliver maintainable, high-quality solutions
  • Drive innovation with AI-assisted development & continuous improvement initiatives


YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Expertise in SharePoint & Microsoft 365 development models (Teams Apps, Entra ID, Graph API, Power Platform) 
  • Strong background in.NET (Framework & Core) software development
  • Solid frontend skills with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Angular
  • Hands-on with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), custom solutions & integrations
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL and distributed app architectures
  • Familiar with authentication protocols, SOLID principles, and design patterns
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, DevOps practices & tools
  • Fluent in English (German a plus) with excellent communication & teamwork skills
