YOUR MISSION

• Lead the IT Infrastructure department both technically and disciplinarily
• Define and implement a holistic, future-ready infrastructure strategy
• Oversee architecture and operation of integrated and secure systems
• Continuously optimize core and support processes within the department
• Manage and improve technical interfaces across systems and teams
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, information security, and data protection standards
• Align infrastructure roadmap with evolving business needs and objectives
• Manage service providers and outsourcing partners, including budgeting and performance tracking
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization

 YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Several years of experience in a comparable IT infrastructure leadership role
• Background in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
• Proven leadership capabilities in building, supporting and developing teams
• Deep expertise in hybrid IT infrastructures (Data Center & Cloud – IaaS / PaaS)
• Solid knowledge in IT security, virtualization, databases, and storage
• Hands-on experience with networks, Microsoft 365, backup & recovery, and IT continuity
• Familiar with outsourcing, provider management, and project management (classic & agile)
