Technical Sales Manager (Telecom Cabling)
Lead market expansion for our telecom cabling solutions in Europe, focusing on Germany. You will drive sales, build strong relationships, and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
YOUR MISSION
- Implement sales strategies across Germany for telecom cabling solutions, aligning with broader European goals
- Develop a strong pipeline through high-quality lead generation and personalised customer support
- Drive pre-qualification efforts with key telecom and ICT customers
- Initiate and execute customer promotion campaigns, POCs, and demos in coordination with technical and services teams
- Foster teamwork and quality through effective communication across internal teams
- Leverage the CRM system to shape efficient prospecting and closing strategies
- Collaborate with Presales and Delivery to build tailored solution pitches that meet client needs
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven experience in sales roles within telecom operators, wholesale carriers, ICT distributors, or system integrators
- Solid understanding of the telecom solutions landscape in Germany
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent field
- Fluent in German and English – both verbal and written
- Strong CRM skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial success
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, customer-centric approach
