YOUR MISSION

• Support and optimize SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) environments for a diverse portfolio of clients across Switzerland

• Take an active role in the growing adoption of SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM) built on modern OpenText ECM technologies

• Analyze business requirements and design tailor-made invoice management solutions that improve efficiency and automation

• Configure, test, and enhance SAP VIM, SAP CIM, and OpenText platforms to meet customer needs

• Guide clients throughout implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support phases

• Deliver user training sessions and help stakeholders maximize the value of implemented solutions

• Prepare functional documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across project teams

• Act as the trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients regarding current implementations and future initiatives

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

MUST HAVE

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions

• Solid hands-on knowledge of OpenText ECM platforms and invoice processing workflows

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP-based solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and customer-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills and a professional consulting mindset when interacting with clients and stakeholders

• Fluency in German and good English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM)

• Background in SAP Accounts Payable, Financial Processes, or Enterprise Content Management projects

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and intelligent document processing initiatives

• Previous consulting experience within international SAP environments

• Relevant SAP, OpenText, or ECM certifications
