YOUR MISSION

  • Partner with business leadership to turn strategy into measurable business results through disciplined execution and performance management

  • Lead finance, controlling, and business performance across a manufacturing environment

  • Drive plant controlling, product costing, working capital management, and operational finance excellence

  • Establish KPI-driven reporting and decision-making processes that improve transparency and accountability

  • Act as a true business partner to operations, supporting growth, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner closely with the General Manager, Business Transformation to build a high-performing leadership team

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven finance leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Strong expertise in plant controlling, product costing, and performance management

  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and execution-oriented mindset

  • Strong understanding of working capital management and operational finance

  • Experience supporting transformation, growth, or business improvement initiatives

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making

  • KPI-driven with a track record of delivering tangible business results

  • Resilient personality who thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments

  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
