YOUR MISSION

• Own and drive quality excellence across manufacturing and operations in a high-tech environment

• Act as the go-to interface between QA, Engineering, and Operations

• Lead non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis

• Shape and run FMEA sessions, CTQ frameworks, and control plans

• Ensure flawless execution across manufacturing, integration, and testing (MAIT)

• Challenge processes, raise the bar, and ensure full compliance with customer & regulatory standards

• Play a key role in audits, product qualification, and continuous improvement

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven track record in Quality Assurance within complex manufacturing environments

• Strong expertise in RCA, Non-Conformance Management, FMEA & quality systems

• Hands-on with measurement systems (M&TE, MSA) and inspection processes (KIP/MIP)

• Confident working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Fluent in English (must-have) | German/French/Swedish is a plus

• You bring experience, ownership, and curiosity – this is not an entry-level role
