ICT Service Desk Agent

YOUR MISSION
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for incidents, service requests and user enquiries
• Support Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Support remote users through VPN, Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools
• Handle and resolve tickets using IT Service Management processes
• Maintain and contribute to knowledge base documentation
• Support mobile devices and end-user workplace technologies
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Deliver excellent customer service in an international environment
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Service Desk, End User Support or a similar role
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and enterprise workplace environments
• Experience administering Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Online environments
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably Jira Service Management
• Experience supporting remote collaboration solutions and user access management
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
The following would be considered an asset:
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Microsoft certifications
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management
• Experience in Space organisations or highly regulated environments
