ServiceNow Support Engineer - ITSM & ITOM & German Required
Seeking a customer-oriented ServiceNow professional with strong experience in Application Support, ITSM/ITOM, technical troubleshooting, and good German communication skills.
YOUR MISSION
Expert for maintaining and optimising business-critical applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Investigate incidents, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and ensure smooth system performance
Act as a trusted support partner for internal stakeholders, delivering timely and solution-oriented assistance
Work closely with developers and operations teams to improve application stability and user experience
Drive continuous improvement through structured documentation, change coordination, and process optimisation
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, and Application Support
Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and independently
Excellent communication skills in German 🇩🇪 and confidence working with technical & business stakeholders
Familiarity with ITIL processes, structured documentation practices, and customer-oriented support delivery
Nice to have: experience with Azure DevOps, JavaScript/programming, or broader ServiceNow platform administration
