This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based in Bulgaria and work from there.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation streams and client engagements

• Drive implementation and redesign of Finance, Controlling & Treasury processes

• Advise clients on Enterprise Finance transformation and SAP best practices

• Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions

• Work with SAP S/4HANA Private/Public Cloud, DRC, IFRS18 and related finance solutions

• Support go-to-market initiatives and business transformation methodologies

• Mentor consultants, share knowledge, and support team growth

• Collaborate with international stakeholders in dynamic project environments

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong expertise in SAP Finance, Controlling & Treasury

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance Cloud environments

• Deep understanding of Financial & Management Accounting processes

• Confidence leading workshops, client discussions, and finance transformation initiatives

• Ability to work independently and take ownership in consulting environments

• Experience with Compliance, GRC, or governance processes is a plus

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications are highly valued

• Fluent English communication skills

• German is considered an advantage

• Openness to international collaboration and occasional travel
