PMO / Product Portfolio Management Lead

Are you ready act as the connective layer between Agile product teams and structured governance, ensuring delivery, transparency, and alignment across complex product environments?

YOUR MISSION

  • Provide governance and operational support to product teams, ensuring structured delivery and alignment

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate product and delivery data into meaningful insights and reporting

  • Prepare and manage status reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates

  • Track resource allocation, budgets, and financial performance across product teams

  • Support risk, issue, and dependency management to ensure smooth delivery

  • Facilitate status meetings, planning sessions, and roadmap workshops

  • Contribute to improving governance frameworks, templates, and product management processes

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Experience in PMO, Project Management, or Product Governance roles within complex environments

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience working with Agile teams and product-based organizations

  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; ServiceNow is a plus

  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders

  • Fluent English; German is a plus
