This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based in Bulgaria and work from there.

YOUR MISSION

• Design and implement OT security strategies aligned with industry standards

• Develop secure architectures for ICS and connected products

• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planning

• Lead technical workshops and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders

• Support audit and compliance initiatives (IEC 62443, ISO standards)

• Work with OT security platforms for asset visibility and threat management

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong experience in OT Security / ICS Security / Product Security

• Deep knowledge of IEC 62443 (mandatory) and ISO 27001 / ISO 22301

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow OT Security Module and/or Armis

• Proven ability to design security architectures for industrial environments (ICS/SCADA)

• Experience with risk assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks

• Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and client-facing engagements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
