Online Gallery Startup Assistant
YOUR MISSION
Cataloguing the art collection in both physical and digital form, including photography and research on artists and individual works.
Presenting artworks on the company website and across various online marketplaces (Artsy, MyArtBroker, 1stDibs, Catawiki, etc.).
Preparing, packaging, and coordinating the shipment of artworks.
Providing support with general administrative and organizational tasks.
Contributing to and, where appropriate, leading ongoing projects such as artist editions.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Degree or vocational training in art, design, business administration, or a related field.
Independent, meticulous, well‑structured, and reliable working style.
Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office / SharePoint).
Ideally, experience with and enjoyment of bookkeeping tasks.
Residence preferably in the Mannheim / Grünstadt area, as regular on‑site presence is required.
