YOUR MISSION
Audit and accelerate the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles to meet hiring targets across Germany
Lead and mentor the recruitment team
Act as a strategic sparring partner for senior leadership on talent strategy and leadership development topics
Drive process optimization and organizational transformation in close partnership with the HR Director
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Proven experience in leading recruiting teams within high-growth or scale-up environments
A track record of success in hiring for Sales and Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
Strong capability to advise and coach senior management on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
Native or professional fluency in both German and English with excellent communication skills
