YOUR MISSION

• Guide global business units in transforming AI ideas into impactful, AI-enabled solutions

• Support the Head of AI in shaping and operationalizing the AI vision across the organization

• Build and evolve AI governance practices that ensure trust, transparency, and compliance, while enabling innovation

• Act as a connector across countries, functions, and teams, helping scale local initiatives into global successes

• Drive AI initiatives end-to-end, from exploration and prioritization to rollout and value realization

• Develop and assess business cases for AI use cases, including investment rationale, ROI considerations, and impact tracking

• Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders and C-level audiences

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience as a consultant or advisor in AI, strategy, transformation, or innovation initiatives

• Strong background in business case development and evaluation, including ROI and value assessment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse senior stakeholders

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Natural curiosity for technology and AI, with the ability to translate complex topics into business-relevant narratives

• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and facilitating strategic discussions
