YOUR MISSION
Oversee and ensure the quality of all client-related sales activities across the customer lifecycle
Support Sales Representatives during strategic customer interactions (discovery calls, pitches, negotiations)
Co-develop and continuously refine sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition goals
Analyse sales activities and prepare performance updates to support data-driven decision-making
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales for mid-sized and large accounts, ideally in HR Tech
Strong expertise in consultative sales methods, negotiation techniques, and CRM tools such as HubSpot
Ability to guide and influence colleagues without direct leadership responsibilities
Analytical and structured mindset with a test-and-learn approach to process optimization
German language proficiency at a native/C2 level
