YOUR MISSION

• Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into robust SAP PP/QM solutions for discrete and process manufacturing environments

• Design, configure, and customize SAP PP and SAP QM in close alignment with fit-to-standard principles

• Deliver end-to-end production planning solutions across Discrete Manufacturing (PP) and Process Manufacturing (PP-PI)

• Integrate production and quality processes seamlessly across PP, QM, MM, SD, EWM, and CO

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects in international environments

• Partner with business users and project teams to ensure stable operations, continuous improvement, and solution adoption

• Document solutions and processes clearly, enabling effective knowledge transfer and user enablement

 YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Translate business needs into robust SAP PP solutions and lead blueprinting, design, and

• Design and configure SAP PP, including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and MRP settings (planning strategies MTS/MTO, lot sizing, scheduling, MRP areas)

• Implement Demand Management using PIRs, planning strategies, and requirements types/classes

• Manage Production Orders across order types, status profiles, confirmations, and output determination

• Execute capacity planning and shop floor control, applying finite/infinite scheduling, capacity evaluation, and dispatching

• Configure SAP PP-PI, covering master recipes, resources, process orders, and yield, co-/by-products, and reprocessing scenarios

• Integrate batch management and QM inspections directly into production processes

• Configure SAP QM in logistics, tightly integrated with PP and MM

• Handle quality notifications (Q1–Q4) with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

• Collaborate cross-functionally with MM, SD, EWM, and CO to ensure end-to-end manufacturing integration

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and optimizations, including multi-plant and international landscapes

• Apply SAP best practices and SAP Activate methodology, challenging unnecessary custom developments

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials

• Willing to travel up to 20%, depending on project needs
