YOUR MISSION

• Provide functional support for HR HCM processes, ensuring smooth operations in Workday or SuccessFactors
• Translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations and process solutions
• Collaborate with HR teams and IT to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules into daily workflows
• Optimize and troubleshoot HR systems to improve efficiency and employee experience
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to support adoption and continuous improvement

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Solid background as an HCM functional consultant, with hands-on experience in Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (core HR, talent, performance, learning, payroll integration)
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver user-friendly, scalable HR solutions
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to work onsite in Delhi with flexibility for collaboration in a global team
