YOUR MISSION
- Develop and execute the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles across Germany
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruiting team
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions
- Strengthen employer branding and implement modern sourcing approaches
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven experience in managing and developing recruiting teams
- Solid track record of successfully hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
- Experience recruiting in scale-up environments during hypergrowth phases
- Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
