YOUR MISSION

• Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and services
• E2E responsibility for IT sourcing including sourcing strategy, contract negotiations with suppliers, logistics, and invoice verification, reporting directly to the CIO
• Lead tenders, contract negotiations, and conclusion of IT service agreements
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including governance, compliance, and risk
• Support supplier and license management processes
• Ensure quality, transparency, and cost-efficiency of all IT services
• Advise stakeholders on contract-related matters and continuous improvement

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Several years of experience in IT supply chain and procurement processes, including IT contract and supplier management
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITIL), performance, and cost controlling
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, GxP, ISO 20000)
• Technical fluency in current IT technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and experience with AI technologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (especially Infor and SAP)
• Fluency in English and German
