YOUR MISSION

• Support the development and implementation of content marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, and our website
• Create engaging and professional content, including blog posts, social media posts, articles, and multimedia assets
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring our social media channels, fostering community engagement and responding to interactions
  
• Design and produce visual content (digital, social, offline, and video) in line with our brand identity
• Collaborate on the creation of graphic and video projects that enhance our go-to-market approach and service presentations
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and audience insights
• Help maintain and evolve our brand guidelines and messaging strategy

 YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience in graphic and/or video design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills — both short- and long-form content
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail
• A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• English Full proficiency, German is a plus
