YOUR MISSION

• Develop and maintain a knowledge and lessons learned management (KM & LLM) roadmap including annual plan of relevant events and activities
• Lead and evolve a multinational service team of knowledge and records managers supporting our client European Space Agency (ESA)
• Engage and coach key stakeholders of ESA on the KM & LLM approach
• Ensure effective sharing and efficient documentation of relevant information compliant with ESA policies and international laws
• Drive continuous improvement of KM & LLM processes, taxonomy and tools including
• Ensure timely reporting on KPIs and SLTs

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Strong track record in knowledge management consulting or as functional lead, ideally in aerospace/defence
• Solid know how in project management - ideally agile
• Significant multinational leadership experience - at least teams of 5 colleagues
• Experience with a brod range of knowledge management tools including Sharepoint, Drupal, Nintex
• Willingness to frequently commute or relocate to Noordwijk nearby Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Italian is an asset
