PROJECT SCOPE

• Coordinate procurement project integration, ensuring timely delivery within quality and budget constraints
• Foster collaboration between internal teams (Mulesoft, SAP) and external partners, contributing to solution design and ensuring alignment with system architecture and business needs
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for workflows, configurations, and data mappings, following our client company standards
• Ensure integration test documentation, supporting solution designs, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong expertise in procurement software, ideally JAGGAER, and integration with ERP systems like SAP Ariba
• Solid knowledge of enterprise integration concepts, including APIs, MuleSoft platforms, and SAP Integration Suit
• Deep knowledge of SAP PI supporting system design, implementation, user acceptance testing, go-live processes, and enterprise architecture integration
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills
