YOUR MISSION

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective operations and alignment with business goals
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive demand creation, lead capturing, and customer retention
• Collaborate across departments (Sales, CSM, Operations) on a consistent go-to-market process
• Analyse marketing performance, report on outcomes, and refine strategies for continuous improvement
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to enhance marketing initiatives

 YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Extensive experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the HR Tech area
• Deep knowledge of digital and Inbound marketing strategies (SEA, SEO, website optimization) and tools like HubSpot
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing teams
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify opportunities, and refine strategies
• Visionary and creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach to problem-solving
• Strategic planning and organizational skills to prioritize initiatives effectively
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in German
