Sales Lead

YOUR MISSION
- Lead the daily operations of the sales team, coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
- Support Sales Reps during discovery calls, pitches, and contract negotiations
- Co-develop and implement sales strategies to meet new customer acquisition goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless, scalable go-to-market process
- Analyse sales activities and deliver regular performance reports to drive data-informed decisions
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales for middle and large accounts, ideally in HR Tech, with
- Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and CRM tools like HubSpot
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to guide a high-performing team
- Solid understanding of Marketing and Customer Success workflows
- Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimize strategies and processes
- Excellent self-organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in German
