YOUR MISSION

• Lead and evolve global strategy and roadmap for PLM applications across the organization
• Drive standardization and harmonization of PLM processes, tools, and best practices across all regions 
• Oversee the implementation and integration of PLM solutions, aligning with the organization’s IT architecture and enterprise systems 
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams), to ensure the PLM system supports cross-functional business needs 
• Ensure compliance and governance across all regions for PLM processes, data, and systems, enforcing global standards for product development, design, and lifecycle management

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven track record in managing PLM solutions (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA, PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile PLM), ideally within the construction & building materials industry
• Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle, from design and development to manufacturing and end-of-life, within the construction & building materials industry 
• Ability to manage large-scale global PLM implementations and integrations 
• Highly skilled in communicating complex technical solutions to business leaders and stakeholders in a clear and actionable way 
• Collaborative team player with can-do and early adopter mentality
• Fluency in English with ideally proficient German
