We are looking for a Senior Advisor to leverage our presence and guide us with investment opportunities. This project will take 6 months, with possibility of extension.

PROJECT SCOPE

• Advise the board of directors on developing and implementing effective business expansion strategies for data centre operations, with a focus on cost efficiency and budgeting
• Proven expertise in creating and executing expansion strategies within the data centre industry, particularly in site selection and market analysis
• Strong experience in identifying, acquiring, and developing data centre real estate, including negotiating hyperscaller agreements
• Lead financial planning and budgeting discussions for data centre expansion
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership on data center investments, including cost management and budget forecasting for new projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in financial planning and budgeting within the data centre industry
• Strong analytical and advisory skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior management decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly to the board of directors
• Prior experience in a senior advisory role is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English.
