Account Manager Consulting and Staffing Services

YOUR MISSION
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at existing international clients, understanding their objectives and related needs for global staffing and/or consulting services
- Identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop tailored solutions that address needs and opportunities by driving value for our clients
- Be accountable for the delivery of selected staffing and consulting engagements
- Serve as main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and performance feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues in collaboration with our engagement managers
- Work closely with our marketing team and subject matter experts to identify and pursue business opportunities with potential new clients
- Contribute to the development of internal communities of CXO-level subject matter experts and client engagement managers
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Great track record in client relations and account management for consulting and / or staffing services - ideally with mid-sized international organisations
- Experience in project management, especially in IT, HR or Engineering, would be a significant plus
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
- Strong organisational and time management aptitude, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
