YOUR MISSION

• Shape our Digital Workspace by developing key features like the information portal, Employee-Self-Service Hub, collaboration spaces, and custom SharePoint solutions
• Implement SharePoint solutions, such as project portfolio management systems and tailored applications
• Integrate Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to optimize workflows and create custom solutions
• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot use, enhancing productivity through AI and automation
• Plan and deliver training sessions, enabling colleagues to use digital tools effectively
• Act as an in-house consultant, guiding departments on digital collaboration solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of requirements from analysis to implementation and support

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) and their applications
• Experience with SharePoint, including the use and management of SharePoint apps
• Knowledge in the administration and application of AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot
• Ideally, experience in organising and conducting training or workshops
• Excellent communication skills in English.
