YOUR MISSION

• Develop, collect and evaluate KPIs in the area of operational service delivery
• Advance the development of reporting concepts and solutions in close cooperation with ITIL Process Owners and Product Owners to improve service quality
• Design and implement (automated) reporting mechanisms and interactive dashboards for various target groups
• Process and present data for different internal audiences

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management, ideally with ITIL certification and/or familiarity with ServiceNow platform
  
• Proven experience in KPI reporting and a solid understanding of BI platforms
• Structured and proactive work style
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
