YOUR MISSION

• Independently lead global IT Infrastructure programs/projects to drive global harmonization and digitization
• Design, integration and coordination of the evolution of solutions and services in close collaboration with peers (e.g. Project/Program Managers)
• Plan, control and report on budget, milestones, staffing and customer satisfaction
• Oversee employees’ performance and take responsibility for global/regional 3rd level support team

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Profound experiences in managing complex IT projects or programs in complex multinational organizations - ideally with active change management
• In-depth IT know-how on infrastructure and security topics (e.g. Firewalls, especially Fortinet / Vulnerability Management, especially Qualys / Server Restore and Recovery, especially VMware)
• Persuasive and confident leader with experience in stakeholder engagement relationship building and developing global IT service strategies 
• Strong communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills at all management levels
• Fluency in English and Korean
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region
