YOUR MISSION

• Install and configure TSM servers and execute runbooks to restore Windows and Linux systems at various sites in close collaboration with remote TSM experts and project managers
• Analyse and resolve 3rd-level support tickets or dispatching to architects and transfer knowhow to administrators to help with unresolved tickets

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Successfully managed Windows and Linux systems incl. relation to operating systems (VMware including ESXi installation, AD, RDP and connection of USB devices, storage systems like NAS)
• Competently administrate TCP/IP networks, VLAN, routing, WAN and LAN connectivity, cabling and patching
• Familiar with Tivoli Service Manager as well as backup media and strategies, LTE modem connectivity setup and firewall configuration
• Know-how in PBX, Skype for Business, MS Teams, Audio Codec gateways, VoIP would be a plus
• Hands-on approach based on solid analytical thinking
• Fluency in English
