YOUR MISSION

• Team lead and point of contact for all HR matters directly reporting to management
  
• Overseeing HR Operations activties and effective optimization
• Independently creating engaging employee and leadership experiences 
• Responsible for whole recruitment, hiring, contracting, and career development process life cycle
  
• Building the People Roadmap with C-level and all stakeholders involved based on employee needs
  
• Responsible for the recruitment of significant roles within the company (e.g. for the leadership team)

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Multiple years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition
  
• Track record of supporting a growing company with at least 50 employees, preferrably in a fast growing Tech Startup
  
• Strong understanding and experience with employment law in Germany and ideally in one additional region
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust
  
• Organized and structured work ethic with a proactive approach to turning complex challenges into pragmatic solutions
• Fluent in German and English
