Team lead and point of contact for all HR matters directly reporting to management
Overseeing HR Operations activties and effective optimization
Independently creating engaging employee and leadership experiences
Responsible for whole recruitment, hiring, contracting, and career development process life cycle
Building the People Roadmap with C-level and all stakeholders involved based on employee needs
Responsible for the recruitment of significant roles within the company (e.g. for the leadership team)
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Multiple years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition
Track record of supporting a growing company with at least 50 employees, preferrably in a fast growing Tech Startup
Strong understanding and experience with employment law in Germany and ideally in one additional region
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust
Organized and structured work ethic with a proactive approach to turning complex challenges into pragmatic solutions
Fluent in German and English
